- 1/2 medium orange, zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup minute tapioca
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup dark raisins
- 2 1/2 ounces dried cherries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Caramel Glaze:
- 3 to 5 tablespoons butter
- 3 to 5 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 15 to 20 walnut halves
