  5. 2 tablespoons dry red wine, preferably Pinot Noir
  6. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  7. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  8. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  9. 1 large garlic clove, minced
  10. 4 slices of peasant bread
  11. 4 ounces fresh goat cheese, cut into 4 pieces
  12. Marjoram leaves, for garnish
