Ingredients

  2. 1/2 cup mango chutney, preferably Major Grey brand
  3. 1 poblano chile
  4. Vegetable oil, for brushing
  5. 4 hamburger buns, split
  6. 1 large tomato, cut into 4 thick slices
  7. 1 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck
  8. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  9. 3 ounces fresh goat cheese, cut into 4 slices
  10. Watercress sprigs or lettuce, for serving
