Pomegranate-Glazed Salmon with Armenian Rice

Ingredients

SALMON

  1. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  2. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  4. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  5. 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  6. 4 garlic cloves, smashed
  7. 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
  8. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  9. 1 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
  10. Eight 6-ounce skinless salmon fillets

GLAZE

  1. 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
  2. 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  3. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  4. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  5. 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
  6. 1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest
  7. Salt
  8. 1 cup shelled edamame, for garnish
  9. 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds, for garnish
  10. Armenian Rice, for serving
