Ingredients

  1. 2 pounds seedless green grapes, stems discarded
  2. 1 medium cucumberpeeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
  3. 1/4 cup roasted unsalted almonds
  4. 2 scallions, white and light green parts only, coarsely chopped
  5. 1/4 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  6. 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  7. 3 ounces cream cheese
  8. 1/4 cup buttermilk
  9. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  10. 2 large dill sprigs, minced
  11. Pinch of cayenne pepper
  12. Salt and freshly ground white pepper
  13. Thinly sliced cucumber and minced chives, for garnish
