Spinach, Basil and Plum Salad

Ingredients

  1. 2tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  2. 2tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  3. 2tablespoons fresh orange juice
  4. 1tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  5. 1teaspoon grated orange zest
  6. 1teaspoon grated lime zest
  7. Coarse sea salt, preferably red
  8. Coarsely crushed black pepper
  9. Two 5-ounce bags baby spinach
  10. 2cups basil leaves, torn
  11. 2black or red plums—halved, pitted and thinly sliced
