  3. 2 teaspoons thyme leaves
  4. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  5. 2 tablespoons sake
  6. 1 tablespoon mirin
  7. 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons yellow miso
  9. 3 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
  10. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  11. 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  12. 1/2 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley leaves
