  12. 3 1/2 cups water
  13. 5 cups baby spinach (3 ounces)
  14. 2 pounds sweet potatoes, baked and peeled
  15. 1 1/2 ounces soft goat cheese
  16. 1/2 cup milk
  17. 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
