  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 8 Poached Eggs

  • Chopped green onions, garnish
