Mustard-Grilled Pork Chops with Two-Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops , 3/4-inch thick
4 fresh plum tomatoes , diced (about 1 1/2 cups )
8 piece Tomatoes, sun dried, oil pack, drained, piece , halved and chopped
0.25 cup fresh basil (or 1 tbsp dried)
0.25 tsp ground cayenne (red pepper)
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp minced garlic
1 pinch fresh basil (optional)
