  • 1 cup Rice Flour, (a mix) plus a Tablespoon or two
  • 14 teaspoon Xanthum Gum
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 14 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 14 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter, cut into small pieces
  • 3 Scallions, washed and sliced thin
  • 12 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 cup Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Butter, (3-4)
