- 1⁄4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar, organic - we use bragg's
- 3⁄4 cup Grape Seed Oil
- 1 tablespoon Flax Oil, or superfruit omega oil from lifefoodstore.com
- 6 Garlic Cloves, minced
- Kosher Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Local Honey, 1-2 tablespoons - to taste
- 3 large Carrots, organic (important)
- 2 Broccoli Crowns
- 2 cups Sugar Snap Peas, optional
- 1 Jicama, julienned. optional.
- 1 medium Red Onion, julienned. optional.
- 1 Cabbage, shredded.
