Ingredients

  • 1 Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
  • 2 Fresh Lemon Juice, juice of 2 large or 3 small lemons
  • 1 12 tablespoons Sriracha, 1-2 tablespoons (to taste) sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Pickled Ginger, "sushi ginger"
  • 1 teaspoon Juice From Pickled Ginger
  • 14 cup Apple Cider Vinegar, organic - we use bragg's
  • 34 cup Grape Seed Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Flax Oil, or superfruit omega oil from lifefoodstore.com
  • 6 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • Kosher Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Local Honey, 1-2 tablespoons - to taste
  • 3 large Carrots, organic (important)
  • 2 Broccoli Crowns
  • 2 cups Sugar Snap Peas, optional
  • 1 Jicama, julienned. optional.
  • 1 medium Red Onion, julienned. optional.
  • 1 Cabbage, shredded.
