- 1 1⁄2 cups Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, gluten-free
- 15 ounces Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
- 14 ounces Canned Diced Tomatoes, with juices
- 14 ounces Tomato Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder, may double the dose
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- Salt, or gluten-free tamari
