- 3 large Tomato, beefsteak work well, each cut into 4 thick slices
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 8 ounces Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 ounce Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dried Basil, (or 1/4 cup fresh, torn)
- 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
