- 2 cups Fresh Baby Bella Mushrooms, trimmed, sliced
- handful Grape Tomato, or cherry tomatoes, halved
- Sea Salt
- Herbs, to taste - parsley, basil, thyme, red pepper flakes - whatever you prefer
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
