  • 1 medium Onion, chopped

  • 2 medium Tomato, ripe, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch Saffron Threads, crumbled
  • 2 teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Mint, slivered
