Spinach Salad With Sour Cream Dressing
Ingredients
2 lbs. freshly chopped spinach, no stems 10 hard boiled eggs, sliced 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled1 med. head of lettuce, shredded 1 cup sliced shallots or green onions 1 pkg. frozen peas, uncooked Place in layers, in order given in large bowl. Dressing: 2 1/2 c. mayo 2 1/2 c. sour cream salt & pepper Worchestershire sauce to taste Lemon juice to taste Blend together and pour over peas. Add 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese on top. Cover and chill 12 hours. Do not toss. Serves 16
