- dressing:
- 1/4 cup white wine or champagne vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large shallot, minced fine
- 1 large garlic clove, minced fine
- 1/4 cup fresh tarragon, minced fine
- pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
