For Pasta: 4 ounces dried or 8 ounces fresh spinach fettuccine or linguine For Sauce: 1 tablespoon margarine or butter 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese (2 ounces) 1/4 cup half and half or light cream 2 tablespoons snipped fresh tarragon or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon, crushed Dash ground white pepper or black pepper 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans or walnuts
