  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 egg
  • flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp capers, chopped
  • pinch dill, chopped
  • salad, to serve
