1 ½ c. granulated sugar
¼ c. all-purpose flour
1 T. vanilla extract
5 lg. eggs, room temperature
½ c. heavy cream

TOPPING
5 T. butter
1/3 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/3 c. heavy cream
1 c. pecans, toasted, cooled and chopped
1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
