2 cups cooked chicken breasts (or turkey, chicken or turkey ham), cut into small pieces
1 / 2 cup dried tomatoes, pre-soaked in olive oil, a pinch of basil (and a clove of garlic optional)
½ cup olives, sliced into large pieces
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard + 1 teaspoon honey, mixed well
½ teaspoon coarse black pepper
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
4 ounces cheese, grated (Swiss cheese is just fine)
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
1 egg white, lightly beaten
