2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
12 (10-inch) tortillas, corn or flour
1/3 c. corn oil

For Sauce: (this is our recipe, but you can use whatever one you'd like!)

2 cans (4-ounce each) chopped mild green chile peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 c. water
1.5 Lbs stewed tomatoes
