- 1/2 cup each corn kernels, peas, diced mushrooms, diced carrots, red capsicum
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 medium red onion diced
- 1/2 cup fresh curry leaves
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp olive oil/peanut/canola oil
- 1 tbsp canola/olive/peanut oil for extra
- Salt & pepper to taste
