- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 Tbsp of cold water
- BATTER
- 2 cups S.R. flour
- 11/2 cup COLD lite coconut milk
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup olive/vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
