  • 45 g (1½ oz) baby spinach leaves

  • 2 tbsp snipped fresh chives
  • Green peppercorn dressing
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp dried green peppercorns, crushed
  • 2 tsp clear honey
