- 2 Tangerines
- 200gm Demerara Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- For the Filling:
- 200gm Ground Almonds
- 200gm Candied Peel
- 150 gm Dark Chocolate
- 2 Large Eggs
- 75gm Dark Chocolate to finish
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa
- 1 heaped tsp Marmalade
