  • For the Candied Peel:
  • 3 Oranges
  • 2 Tangerines
  • 200gm Demerara Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • For the Filling:
  • 200gm Ground Almonds
  • 200gm Candied Peel
  • 150 gm Dark Chocolate
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 75gm Dark Chocolate to finish
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa
  • 1 heaped tsp Marmalade
