- 1kg John Dory fillets, cut in half
- 300g large prawns
- 6 seafood sticks, such as Sealord, cut into cubes
- 30g butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 button mushrooms - white / brown
- 200g rice, washed, drained
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- drizzle of olive oil
- approx 100g grated cheese - Mozarella / Cheddar (your preference)
- Seafood Marinade
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 6 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
- dash of sugar
