- 1 Tbsp Black pepper, coarse ground
- 1 t Garlic salt (or 3 Tbsp fish sauce)
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Ginger root, minced
- 2 small or one large stalk Lemon grass, minced
- Half Lime juiced (or lemon juice)
- 1 t Lime zest
- DRESSING
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 Tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- half t Chili pepper
- half t Ground chili flakes
