  • 1 bunch kale, stems removed and roughly chopped
  • 1 bunch beetroot greens, stems removed and roughly chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 2 rashers pancetta or streaky bacon, chopped
  • 1 (400g) tin cannellini beans, drained
