- 1/2 small head cabbage, chopped
- 1 (400g) tin chopped tomatoes
- 225g fresh green beans, cut into 1.25cm pieces
- 900ml chicken stock
- 800ml vegetable stock
- 475ml water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 pinch sage, rubbed
- 1 pinch dried thyme leaves
- salt to taste
