- 450g (1 lb) cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 whole red chillies, halved and deseeded
- 2 cloves garlic, squashed
- Bloody Mary glaze:
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 150ml (¼ pt) passata or tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Bloody Mary salsa:
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 of a red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1/2 a lime, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons vodka
