Ingredients

  • 400g tin cannellini beans
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Description

Use As An Accompaniment To Seared Steak, A Sauce For Grilled Vegetables Or As A Dip For Raw Vegetables.
