  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 50mL rice vinegar
  • 100mL cream
  • 2 Herbie's Spices Whole Allspice
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • Herbie's Spices Sea Salt, ground, to taste
  • white bean or potato mash, for serving
  • cooked asparagus spears, for serving
