Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 500g beef mince
  • 6 button mushrooms
  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 125ml beef stock
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 425g diced tinned tomatoes
  • 4 small lasagne sheets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 300ml milk
  • 250g grated cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
