  • 15 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ripe pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • jerk seasoning
  • 2 habanero chillies, deseeded and roughly chopped
  • 10 allspice berries, crushed, or ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • pinch of grated nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons soft brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
