Ingredients

  • 6 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, stems removed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 baguette
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

Description

These Bruschetta Are Easy To Make And Ideal For A Dinner Party. The Balsamic Vinegar Gives Them A Little Bite. Dried Basil Can Be Substituted But It Is Best With Fresh.
