- 5 shiitake mushrooms, rehydrated if dried and then sliced
- 2 Tbsp vegetable or olive oil
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- Sesame seeds (optional)
