- Korean Sweet Potato Noodles or Korean thin Wheat Noodles (dangmyun, cellophane, gooksu)
- 1 large Korean radish, peeled, halved and sliced (optional)
- brisket meat, cooked and thinly sliced (optional)
- For serving: chopped scallions, sea salt, freshly ground pepper
