  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 splash sherry
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 5 tablespoons fresh garden herbs finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves fresh, whole
  • 1/2 lemon peel only
