  • Reserved Broccoli Mixture
  • Toothpicks
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Dry White Wine (Can be non-alcoholic from the grocery store)
  • 1 can Chicken Broth (10 oz / 284 ml)
  • 1 1/2 cups Basmati Rice
  • 3 cups Water
  • 4 cups Mixed Frozen Beans (If not available use all green beans)
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
