- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons sherry
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
Port Glaze
- 1 cup port
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 black peppercorns
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup sweet cherries, pitted
Berry Mixture
- 2/3 cup raspberries
- 2/3 cup blueberries and
- 2/3 cup blackberries, mixed together
