Fried Green Tomato with Basil Mayonnaise
- 4 green tomatoes, sliced ¼ inch thick
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- Salt & Pepper
Basil Mayonnaise
- 2 cups loosely packed basil leaves
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon djion mustard
- Salt & Pepper
Tomato Tart Tatin
- 4 pints of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, soft
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 8 sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/2 pound of frozen puff pastry, defrosted
Thyme Whipped Goat Cheese
- 1 cup goat cheese
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt & Pepper
