1 lb black turtle beans1 cup frozen corn kernels1/2 cup finely minced red onion1/2 cup diced red bell pepper1/2 cup diced green bell pepper3/4 cup prepared salsa1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantroSalsa vinaigrette

- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh, mincedoregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cups canola oil
