    • 3 tablespoons cold water
    • 3 tablespoons orange juice
    • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
    • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
    • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
