  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract

    • SABAYON SAUCE

    • 2 large egg yolks
    • 1/4 cup madeira wine
    • 1/2 teaspoon lemon, rind of, Grated
    • 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon rum, Light
