  • grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 600g boneless fish fillets (like shark, ling or deepsea perch) cut into 150g pieces
  • 2 tbs (40g) butter
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • Steamed chat (small coliban) potatoes and asparagus, and lemon wedges, to serve
