- 1/2 cup (80g) toasted macadamias, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1 tbs finely grated palm sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
