  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • Soft polenta

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup polenta
  • 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
