  • 50g butter
  • 500g frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 4 green onions, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 250g fresh ricotta
  • 200g feta, crumbled
  • 1 egg, lightly whisked
  • 2 tbs finely chopped dill
  • 1/2 tsp finely ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • Mixed salad and lemon wedges, to serve
